Cancellation Policy

Before Preparation

Free cancellation. Full refund if paid online.

During Preparation

50% cancellation fee. Restaurant already started cooking.

After Dispatch

No cancellation. Full amount charged.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Items were missing or incorrect
  • Food quality issue (verified by our team)
  • Order was cancelled before preparation
  • Payment was deducted twice due to technical error

Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order ID and issue description
  3. Share photos if applicable (damaged/missing items)
  4. Our team reviews within 24-48 hours
  5. Refund processed if approved
